One double bedroom is south facing onto the street and the other two are north facing looking onto a small courtyard car park at the back (please note this is a car park for another building, not for ours). All windows have privacy netting.
The kitchen has a large window north facing and the sitting room is south facing and includes a dining table with seating for four.
There is one bathroom which has a large walk in shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
Parking: There is a paying car park right next to the building. Alternatively there is free parking at the tennis courts close by and then all the way down the hill to the University buildings where there are 2 more free car parks. Bike storage available along at the West Port.
